EGVA provides a highly tailored approach to its Life Coaching Services that enables individuals to solve their specific, work, family and/or interpersonal relationship problems. Our goal is both dramatic and simple: to enable clients to transform their lives. We help clients to learn new cognitive skills, examine their basic assumptions, set realistic goals for the changes they wish to produce in their lives, and learn new ways to take actions that will achieve their goals.

Our Coaches. Life coaching is a very personal and intimate thing. Our clients must be very comfortable with their coach. We do not assign coaches. Coaches are selected by our clients following an opportunity to meet several coaches and choosing the one they think makes the best fit; has the right “chemistry.” All of our coaches are experienced with family, work, and personal life challenges. Each brings empathy, understanding, personal experience, and a very high level of care to the coaching conversations.

Personal Commitment. Change, especially changes to our deep, personal habits of thought and behavior, do not come easily. Therefore, our life coaching involves intense and detailed conversations that require individual responsibility and accountability. Our process is both demanding and caring and has shown that, if entered into with a high level of commitment, will achieve results. As a result of our life coaching, our clients report achieving new levels of energy and excitement about life.

The Process. Assignments are generally three to six months in duration. The usual process for each client requires working from a set of personal goals, practicing behavioral skills, learning how to re-think problems, and taking actions that lead to changes in behavior. New insights about oneself and solutions to life’s problems arise from practice and working with someone who really cares about you.
