Integrated Learning. Our programs usually focus on how senior leadership teams can create an organization that is the supplier of choice for customers and the employer of choice for people looking for the best places to work. EGVA executive education provides a comprehensive and integrated set of learning experiences to achieve those aims, for business, educational and governmental executive-level leaders from around the world. Organizational Best Practices. Programs are custom-designed to develop knowledge and skills of the kind of thinking and best practices used among senior leadership teams. We design programs that address vertical issues in leading organizational functions such as, for example, finance, information technology, production, marketing, or human resources, as well the horizontal or lateral leadership challenges of improving the value-chain across an organization, to enhance organizational learning and team work. Leadership and General Management. When designing a program, if needed we can focus on a particular industry such as financial services, media communications, or retail. In all of our programs we provide in-depth knowledge and skills in both leadership effectiveness and the general management of organizations in those industries. University Alliances. EGVA executive programs are hosted jointly with faculty drawn from leading universities who bring the latest research, expertise in best practices, and superior teaching abilities. Presently, we are implementing the Chinese Education Leadership, an leadership program in collaboration with Columbia University for a select group of administrators from leading high schools in northern China. In addition, working with faculty from across Columbia and other leading universities, we are also implementing the Chinese Business Leaders executive program. Upon satisfactory completion of this type of program, participants receive a Columbia University certificate. |
